Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-88P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,138 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU1-88P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle organization, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with RNU1-88P in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-88P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-88P results are reported.
