Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-88P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-88P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNU1-88P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-88P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

BRCA, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU1-88P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
