Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-34P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,090 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU1-34P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP6, AFAP1L1_S98, and ERG_S81. Each is linked with RNU1-34P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-34P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-34P results are reported.
