Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU1-34P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU1-34P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RNU1-34P RNA expression shows 12,090 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight UCEC, and LSCC as cancer lineages where RNU1-34P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

This table ranks reproducible RNU1-34P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU1-34P expression shows unfavorable associations in UCEC, BLCA, PAAD, HNSC, KIRC and PCPG. The UCEC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001).
