Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-34P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-34P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU1-34P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-34P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, BLCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where RNU1-34P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
