RNF5P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF5P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF5P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-331P, RNU6-376P, and MIR7-3. Each is linked with RNF5P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF5P1-to-partner and partner-to-RNF5P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-331P grouped by RNF5P1-low versus RNF5P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF5P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF5P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
