Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF144B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF144B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJP6, RNA5SP369, and VDAC3P1. Each is linked with RNF144B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF144B-to-partner and partner-to-RNF144B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBPJP6 grouped by RNF144B-low versus RNF144B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF144B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF144B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
