RNF128

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF128 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF128-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A2, CFAP47, and DEUP1. Each is linked with RNF128 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF128-to-partner and partner-to-RNF128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9A2 grouped by RNF128-low versus RNF128-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF128→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
