Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF125 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,444 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF125-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSBPL11_S189, OSTC, and OTOGL_S1238. Each is linked with RNF125 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF125-to-partner and partner-to-RNF125 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF125 versus OSBPL11_S189 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF125→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF125) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
