RNASET2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASET2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASET2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P30, LINC02559, and LINC02563. Each is linked with RNASET2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASET2-to-partner and partner-to-RNASET2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P30 grouped by RNASET2-low versus RNASET2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASET2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASET2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
