Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEH2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,444 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEH2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEH2B, BRCA2, and FANCD2. Each is linked with RNASEH2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH2A-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH2A results are reported.
