Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP179 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,165 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP179-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11FIP1P1, MIR186, and DLSTP1. Each is linked with RN7SKP179 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP179-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP179 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP179 versus RAB11FIP1P1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SKP179→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SKP179) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
