RIMS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,556 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAR2B, NIFK, and THSD7A. Each is linked with RIMS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS1-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMS1 versus PRKAR2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
