RGN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,888 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPQ, MAOB, and AOX1. Each is linked with RGN in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGN-to-partner and partner-to-RGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGN versus CPQ in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
