RGN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,786 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS2, PPP1R12B, and TNS2. Each is linked with RGN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGN-to-partner and partner-to-RGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGN versus SORBS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
