RGN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-961P, FCER1A, and TMEM150B. Each is linked with RGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGN-to-partner and partner-to-RGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-961P grouped by RGN-low versus RGN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
