Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with RGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGN-to-partner and partner-to-RGN results are reported.
