RFX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, LINC02854, and RN7SL586P. Each is linked with RFX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX3-to-partner and partner-to-RFX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by RFX3-low versus RFX3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
