Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, REV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13H1, KIAA1210, and USP17L20. Each is linked with REV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REV1-to-partner and partner-to-REV1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13H1 grouped by REV1-low versus REV1-high in KIDNEY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
