Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RET protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 204 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RET-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK11, ERBB2, and NECTIN4. Each is linked with RET in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RET-to-partner and partner-to-RET results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RET versus NEK11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RET→partner) and Y-score (partner→RET) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
