RESP18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RESP18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RESP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-58P, RNU4ATAC17P, and RARRES2P5. Each is linked with RESP18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RESP18-to-partner and partner-to-RESP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-58P grouped by RESP18-low versus RESP18-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RESP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RESP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
