Q-omics provides the consensus-scored TP53TG3GP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. TP53TG3GP expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, TP53TG3GP is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, TP53TG3GP RNA expression shows 15,074 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight KICH, HNSC, and COAD as cancer lineages where TP53TG3GP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
