REEP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,887 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, REEP4_S152, and PBK_S59. Each is linked with REEP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP4-to-partner and partner-to-REEP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP4 versus SMC4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
