Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,354 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REEP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, RNU6-1228P, and VN1R93P. Each is linked with REEP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP3-to-partner and partner-to-REEP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by REEP3-low versus REEP3-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
