Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,906 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HS3ST2, SLC6A11, and CCDC182. Each is linked with REEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP2-to-partner and partner-to-REEP2 results are reported.
