RECK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RECK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 456 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L4, ODF1, and ANKRD30BL. Each is linked with RECK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECK-to-partner and partner-to-RECK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L4 grouped by RECK-low versus RECK-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
