Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCC1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,464 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCC1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP7, FLT3, and MNDA. Each is linked with RCC1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCC1L-to-partner and partner-to-RCC1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCC1L versus GIMAP7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCC1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCC1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
