Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,767 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, KDF1, and CEP85. Each is linked with RCC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCC1-to-partner and partner-to-RCC1 results are reported.
