Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNQ2-AS1, RNU6-1127P, and NPM1P4. Each is linked with RCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCC1-to-partner and partner-to-RCC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNQ2-AS1 grouped by RCC1-low versus RCC1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
