Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPJ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,164 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBPJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZGRF1, HAUS3, and MED28. Each is linked with RBPJ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPJ-to-partner and partner-to-RBPJ results are reported.
