Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBPJ RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBPJ data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RBPJ RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBPJ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, MESO, and UVM are the cancer types where RBPJ RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
