Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBPJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLTF-AS1, MED28P4, and MIR4774. Each is linked with RBPJ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPJ-to-partner and partner-to-RBPJ results are reported.
