RBM14-RBM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM14-RBM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,389 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM14-RBM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT5H, YTHDC1, and SART1. Each is linked with RBM14-RBM4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM14-RBM4-to-partner and partner-to-RBM14-RBM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM14-RBM4 versus SUPT5H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM14-RBM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM14-RBM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
