Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM14-RBM4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBM14-RBM4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RBM14-RBM4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM14-RBM4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and THYM show a favorable association.
KICH, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RBM14-RBM4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
