Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBIS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBIS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-83P, SIGLEC31P, and RNU1-6P. Each is linked with RBIS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBIS-to-partner and partner-to-RBIS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-83P grouped by RBIS-low versus RBIS-high in CESC.
