Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4465, ELOCP14, and RNU7-88P. Each is linked with RAX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAX2-to-partner and partner-to-RAX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4465 grouped by RAX2-low versus RAX2-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
