Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAX2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAX2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher RAX2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and BRCA show a favorable association.
SCLC, THCA, and DLBC are the cancer types where RAX2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
