Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU7-88P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU7-88P expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Additionally, RNU7-88P RNA expression shows 5,642 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight OV, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU7-88P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
