Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,980 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, TOP2A, and BUB1B. Each is linked with RAP1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP1B versus NCAPG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
