RAMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-10, OR52J3, and ZNF705D. Each is linked with RAMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-10 grouped by RAMP1-low versus RAMP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
