Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD54L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,425 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD54L-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBA1, IL21, and RN7SKP278. Each is linked with RAD54L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD54L-to-partner and partner-to-RAD54L results are reported.
