Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD54L RNA is linked to patient survival in 29 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAD54L data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RAD54L RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD54L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRC, and MESO are the cancer types where RAD54L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
