RAD52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,990 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, ATN1_S632, and SIN3A. Each is linked with RAD52 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD52-to-partner and partner-to-RAD52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD52 versus GTF2I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD52→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
