RAC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1911, OR6M2P, and MEMO1P5. Each is linked with RAC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC3-to-partner and partner-to-RAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1911 grouped by RAC3-low versus RAC3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
