Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABEP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,821 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, MAN1C1, and ARHGEF6. Each is linked with RABEP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABEP1-to-partner and partner-to-RABEP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABEP1 versus ASPA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
