RAB7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC13, KPNA1, and ATG3. Each is linked with RAB7A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB7A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB7A versus DNAJC13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
