Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,677 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUNDC1, DNAJC7, and PSMD3. Each is linked with RAB5C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB5C versus RUNDC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
