Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,594 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB38-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA1, S100A14, and ABCA12. Each is linked with RAB38 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB38-to-partner and partner-to-RAB38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB38 versus ANXA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB38→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
