RAB38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB38 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB38-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, p21, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with RAB38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB38-to-partner and partner-to-RAB38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by RAB38-low versus RAB38-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB38→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
