RAB38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB38-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLIG3 and ELOA3DP. Each is linked with RAB38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB38-to-partner and partner-to-RAB38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OLIG3 grouped by RAB38-low versus RAB38-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB38→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
